Bookings for escape room experiences may be made through our website or authorised booking platforms.

By making a booking you confirm that:

• the booking information provided is accurate
• you have the authority to make the booking

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule or cancel bookings subject to the following conditions:

• changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time
• requests made within 48 hours of the booking may not be eligible for a refund
• refunds may be issued at our discretion where appropriate

If Game Saints Lincoln cancels a booking due to operational reasons, customers will be offered:

• a full refund, or
• the option to reschedule

1. Participation Rules

Participants must follow instructions provided by Game Saints Lincoln staff.

Participants must:

• treat staff and other participants with respect
• avoid damaging equipment or property
• follow all safety instructions

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who:

• are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner
• cause damage to property or equipment

Participants may be responsible for costs associated with intentional damage to equipment or facilities.

1. Age Restrictions

Some escape room experiences may have age restrictions.

Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors during the experience.

1. Health and Safety

Escape room experiences may include enclosed environments, low lighting, sound effects and themed immersive elements.

Participants should inform staff of any medical conditions, accessibility requirements or concerns before participating.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own discretion.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Saints Lincoln Limited will not be liable for:

• loss of personal belongings
• indirect or consequential losses
• loss resulting from misuse of the experience

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law
