Yes! All our rooms have a capacity of 6 in each, so if the total number does not exceed capacity, we can add more people onto your booking. We can take card payment at the venue to cover the balance of any additional players. Just give us a call or email and our team can sort this for you!

Yes! All bookings are private, so it will only be your team in the escape room during your game.

We recommend booking in advance, as we can get busy fast especially during the holidays! If you’re looking for a last-minute booking, please give us a call and we can let you know what we have available.

Please give us a call to let us know, and our team will try to accommodate. If particularly late we may have to deduct time off your game, so make sure to allow time for travel and parking before your booking. If we haven’t been contacted at least 15 minutes after your start time, your booking will be considered a no show and will be cancelled without a refund.

All our bookings are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions. We may be able to reschedule your booking to a different date or provide a gift voucher with the balance of your booking if you are unable to attend, however we require 48 hours' notice before your booking start time to arrange this.
